What a Quote Is Built From

Five Things That Decide the Number

These are the practical variables we look at during onboarding. Nothing here implies a limit until it is written into your workspace agreement.

Catalog size: How many products you need completed. This drives processing and review volume more than anything else on this list.
Document coverage: How many of your products already have a manufacturer document behind them. Thin coverage means more work up front before content can be completed.
Import complexity: How many different supplier file shapes keep coming back, and how much cleanup their identifiers need.
Where content has to go: Whether you only need file exports, or a connected storefront such as Shopify, a PIM, or a CMS.
How much help you want: How much of the workflow design, column mapping, and reviewer setup you would like the GearDock team to run with you.

Questions About Buying It

Why are there no prices on this page?

GearDock is in private beta and has no approved public price list. Putting a number here that we had not committed to would be misleading, so each engagement is scoped and quoted with the organization instead.

Is there a free trial or a signup button?

No. The team sets up each workspace as part of a scoped conversation, because catalog software is not useful until your own file shapes and documents are in it.

Can I buy GearDock today?

There is no checkout and no active billing. The path today is a conversation about your catalog, then a pilot on a defined part of it.

What does a pilot need from us?

A representative slice of your catalog as a spreadsheet, whatever manufacturer documents you hold for those products, and one person who can judge whether the generated content is accurate.

What happens to our data if we do not continue?

It stays yours. Content and structured facts can be exported as files, and we will delete the workspace on request. Ask us for the specifics before a pilot rather than after it.
